THE PRODUCT DELIVERY SERVICE

ALL x ANIMALS guarantees a constant efficiency in the delivery of goods. The delivery is done weekly, allowing the shopkeeper to purchase just the goods sold in this brief amount of time. Minimum order amount: just €200.

ALL x ANIMALS has a 2.000 square meters warehouse, which is regularly provided with top brand products. Qualified workers find the products and test their effectiveness; as a result, the shopkeeper do not waste time contacting the firms, meeting agents, making a comparison of the products’ price and quality and storing a consistent number of articles. Moreover, the shopkeeper has the great advantage to receive in a single day all the goods at competitive prices, avoiding the unpleasant presence of cardboards in the shop for the entire week.

REQUIRED INVESTMENT

NO ENTRY FEE AS A GUARANTEE

In order to benefit from all the services offered by ALL x ANIMALS it is necessary to be committed in a serious and lucrative business project. We do not require any entry fee to be part of the ALL x ANIMALS retail chains.

INITIAL EXPENSE AND ADVANTAGES IN THE ALL x ANIMALS FRANCHISING

ALL x ANIMALS signs a 8 year contract with the Franchisee. This amount of time allows the new franchisee to become aware of the market, without being necessarily bound and with the possibility of shutting down the store with 6 months of advance notice.  

Basing on our past experience we can assume an initial investment of about €300/sm sale area, which includes:

1) The necessary amount to purchase the goods for the store opening. The goods will be sold and paid after 120 days from the first delivery.

2) The cost of internal facilities such as fish basins and shelves.

3) The placement of some advertising road arrows (if necessary)

N.B. Our franchisee can use ALL x ANIMALS expertise and know-how to purchase the store facilities at a discount price ( pet cages, basins, wash material etc... )

The public display with the     logo and the corporate brands, is half paid by                     ALL x ANIMALS and will be paid through the first goods, for a total amount of less than 100€, VAT included.

TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE OF THE FRANCHISEE

The technical assistance is a strength of the ALL x ANIMALS franchising and a systematic and punctual update is guaranteed.

Since the beginning, the Franchisee is assisted and helped through:

• Free training consultancy on pets, for a professional systematic update.
• Free Marketing consultancy for a better approach with the costumers.
• Free Merchandising consultancy for a better and more precise product layout.

With these precautions, the shopkeeper can open a store in a very brief amount of time. Workers are qualified and effective and the goods have a clear and precise layout, as being part of  ALL x ANIMALS is a guarantee of quality and efficiency.
